4D3N WEEKDAY CHIANGMAI GOLF PACKAGE
Ground Arrangement

	DAY 1: Chiangmai – Hotel – Free at Leisure Guests arrive at Chiangmai International Airport and transfer to hotel of choice.
	DAY 2: Hotel – Golf – Hotel (B) After breakfast, golfers proceed for 18-holes round of golf at Gassan Khuntam Golf & Resort. After golf, transfer back to hotel.
	DAY 3: Hotel – Golf – Airport (B) After breakfast, transfer to Chiangmai Green Valley Golf Club for 2nd round of golf. After golf, transfer back to hotel.
	DAY 4: Hotel – Free & Easy – Transfer to Airport for Return Flight (B) After breakfast, free time until transfer to Chiangmai International Airport for return flight

Package includes:

• 3 nights accommodation with daily breakfast
• 2 rounds of weekday 18 hole golf inc green fee and caddies fee
• transfer between airport/hotel/golf courses
• experienced English speaking guide attached
  

Package excludes:

• Air Ticket and airport tax
• buggy fees
• Weekend Surcharge :-Gassan Khuntan Golf- RM70/pax and Chiangmai Green Valley RM70/pax
• Additional night accommodation
• Additional round of golf at Chiangmai Lamphun Golf Club – RM160/pax
• Tours and ground transfer unless stated in the itinerary
• Meals unless stated in the itinerary
• Tips for driver(s), tour guide(s), caddie, porter(s), etc.
• Entrance fees to places of interest (if any) unless otherwise specified

Notes:

• Any part of itinerary confirmed which are unused are non-refundable
• Due to unforeseen circumstances and seasonal demand beyond our control, our company shall reserve the right to change itinerary, choice of stay and golf courses etc. to that of similar value. However, please be assured that all itineraries would be planned in accordance to guests’ preferences and flight timings in the most professional manner.

Mode of Payment:

1. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking. Balance of the total outstanding to be settle within 14 days prior to arrival date.
2. Payment can be made via cash, credit card and bank draft. All payment is made payable to J.V. Citra Bumi (M) Sdn Bhd.

Cancellation Charges:

1. Deposit is not refundable once booking is done.
2. Notification of cancellation must be received and acknowledge on or before the specified time as follow:
• More than 15 days prior to date of arrival – 50%
• 6 – 14 days prior to date of departure – 75%
• Less than 5 days prior to date of departure or no show – 100%
