Terms & Conditions For Asia Golfing Network Privilege Program (AGN)

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following capitalised terms shall, unless otherwise specified, bear the following meanings:-

1. “Benefit” means such benefits and privileges as may be extended by AGN from time to time and for such periods as AGN may at its own discretion deem fit, to the Program Cardholder.
   
2. “Program” means the AGN Privilege Card Program and its operated by ASIA GOLFING NETWORK (M) SDN BHD.
   
3. “Cardholder” means person registered with the program unless otherwise specified and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time at the sole discretion of AGN.
   
4. “Voucher” refers to voucher awarded under the AGN Privilege Card Program awarded to the Cardholder for the purposes of redeeming Benefits offered under the Program

1. The Program entitles you to enjoy the facilities and privileges as stipulated in the AGN Golfing Guide and Club Listing.
   
2. The Program allows its Cardholder to play unlimited golf without green fees or reduced fees but all other charges; buggy or caddy fee, food & beverage, insurances, service charges and tax may be applied. Getting prior confirmation of fees and availability is advised to avoid any disappointments.
   
3. Program application is subjected to RM50 administration fee
   
4. Program is STRICTLY non-transferrable and can be used only by the person whose name is imprinted on the card. AGN reserves the rights to revoke Cardholder program or refuse program extension if any form of abuse or inappropriate behaviour is reported.
   
5. Cardholder must notify AGN immediately any change of address or of a lost or stolen privilege card.
6. RM 50 is chargeable for replacement of damaged, lost or stolen card.
7. The Program expires annually
8. The Program card and all benefits will no longer be valid after expiry
9. Misconduct, fraud or misuse of the Program Benefits will result in immediate withdrawal of Program
10. AGN reserves the obsolute right to withhold renewing the program of Asia Golfing Network Privilege Card Program or sending of any correspondence and promotional news.
11. Information supplied by the Cardholder may be used by and shared between AGN and its business partners for their administrative, public relations and marketing purposes and where necessary, to operate and promote the Program at AGN’s sole and obsolute discretion.

1. Cardholder must observe the respective club policies with regards to proper golf attire, golfing etiquette, booking procedures, handicap requirements etc.
2. The AGN Golfing Guide and Club Listing allows you to enjoy the benefits of participating clubs that are under the contract of AGN. Cardholder is advised to pay special attention to the conditions stipulated.
3. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the tee-off time.  Otherwise a fee will be imposed, subject to participating clubs’ cancellation charge.  This applied to golfer who do not shown up at the tee off time.
4. AGN and its agents shall not be responsible or liable for any participating clubs not honoring the program; however we will make every effort to offer an alternative golfing option, if so desired.

1. Cardholder must present their card or the relevant voucher, in order to receive the Benefits
2. Benefits and Vouchers are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash unless otherwise stated
3. AGN reserves the right to substitute Cardholder’s choice of Benefits with Benefits of equivalent value.
4. Vouchers are redeemable only during the specified validity period, after which unused expired vouchers are not entertained.
5. Vouchers are subjects ti further terms and conditions as stipulated by the participating merchants.
6. Cardholder may visit www.agngolf.com to get updates on the Program
   
7. AGN shall not be liable in any way to the Cardholder whether in contract or otherwise for any direct or indirect loss or damage howsover caused or arising from:
   
   
1. Beach or failure by AGN or participating merchants to perform any of the obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions;
2. Any error, obmission, descrepancy or inaccuracy in any information provided by AGN or participating merchants whether to the Cardholder or any person and whether in any publication or as part of or in connection with the implementation, administration or conduct of the Program;
3. Goods and services provided under or in relation to this Program, including all representations and/or warranties relating thereto.

1. AGN gives no representation or warranty whether express or implied as to the condition suitability quality fitness or safety of goods or services extended under the Program.  AGN’s business partners or any participating merchants under the Program do not have any authority express or implied to make any representation warranty or statement on behalf or AGN
2. Words referring to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.
3. AGN reserves the right to (1) suspend or terminate the Program anytime without prior notice (2) assign or sell the Program to another company wherein all the rights and obligations under these Program terms without any consent and may disclose or transfer all information held in the Cardholder’s account to prosoective or actual new company.
4. AGN reserves the right to add and/or remove golf clubs from its golf club listing as deemed necessary to protect its interest and investments and change any golfing Benefits as deemed necessary without prior notice.
5. AGN reserves the right to change or vary at any time and without prior notice these Terms and Conditons.
