INTRODUCTION

This program is exclusively designed for AGN's Members.

Every AGN members now have the flexibility to posses a valid NHS handicap card hassle free.

Obtaining your own 'internationally recognised' handicap card is just a click away. Please complete the form attached and you are done!

Our handicap card is issued by MGA under the NHS program.

Enrolment Information

1. AGN Members must fill up this e-Application Form together with the required payment as follow:

Non-Malaysian	RM140* + RM30 (admin fees)
* inclusive of a Golf Ethics seminar.

2. Members must submit their latest five (5) 18-Hole score cards via regular mail or drop in personally to our offices.

3. New Members to this handicapping program must attend the pre-paid Golf Ethics seminar as required by the program. Please call our Handicapping Department at +603-2091-0800 for schedule and booking information.

4. Your FIRST handicap card will be issued within the first week of the following month provided if you submit the complete* application BEFORE the 18th of the submission month. We will contact you to arrange for the pick up of your handicap card.

5. To maintain and administer your handicap, you are required to submit your original scorecard regularly at any clubs in Malaysia after each game. If you play overseas, you can submit the original scorecard to any AGN offices in the region.
Note: Only countries which subscribe & comply with USGA (NHS) system are accepted by MGA. Currently we only accept original scorecards from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand & Indonesia.

6. MGA/NHS will issue an updated new handicap card on the first week of every month. The cards will be sent to AGN HQ office in Kuala Lumpur, and Members can pick up there or at any other AGN offices in Malaysia by making arrangement with our Handicapping Department.

7. The handicap card is renewable every year.
