About The Program

Q. What is the Asia Golfing Network (AGN) Privilege Program?
A. The Asia Golfing Network (AGN) Privilege Program is a golfer-benefits program that let the AGN cardholders enjoy to tee off at a wide selection of golf courses in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and soon Singapore.  There is unlimited play and NO green fee for cardholders for certain cost.  Plus, other attractive privileges and offers from our participating business partners in the region.

Q. How do I enroll in the Asia Golfing Network (AGN) Privilege Program?
A. To register for the membership, you may visit our website at www.agngolf.com for an online registration or contact our friendly AGN Call Centre Office at 1300 88 8008 during office hours for registration assistance.

Q. Is there any annual membership fee for the Asia Golfing Network (AGN) Privilege Program?
A. Yes, there is an annual participation fee for the Asia Golfing Network (AGN) Privilege Program.

Q. Is there any subscription fee for the Asia Golfing Network (AGN) Privilege Program?
A. No, there is no subscription fee required.

Q. How long will it take to process the Asia Golfing Network (AGN) Privilege Program?
A. Please allow approximately five (5) – Seven (7) working days for the processing of your application.

Q. When does my card expire?
A. Your Asia Golfing Network (AGN) Privilege Program is valid for 12 calendar months from the date you join the program.  AGN will notify cardholder 1 month prior to the expiry of your program term.

Renewal

Q. How do I renew the program?
A.  You may select for auto renewal option upon first time registration with AGN.  One (1) month prior to the expiry of your program, our friendly AGN Call Centre Officer will contact you for your approval of renewal and update of billing information.

Card Replacement and Cardholder Information Update

Q. What should I do if my card is lost/damaged/stolen?
A. Please inform our AGN Call Centre during office hours and a replacement card with the same account number will be issued to you within 3 -5 working days.  An administrative charged of RM50 is applied.

Q. Who do I notify when I change address or any other details?
A. Please call our AGN Call Centre at +603 7781 8428 or call centre to inform of the changes of address or other details that we can update the database to ensure you will be able to continue to enjoy the program.

You participation with the AGN Privilege Card Program shall mean that you have read the Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by and agree to abide by the AGN Privilege Card Program Terms and Conditions without any limitation or qualification.
